Thomas Scott Winstanley was born on September 11, 1959 in Florida, he is the third son of Don and Nancy Winstanley.  Tom grew up in Texas, Maryland and Virginia and currently lives in Winchester VA a few miles down the road from where Bruce lives.

Tom enjoys working with computers in his free time.
